Abstract
Matching a load to a RF generator is accomplished by an automatic system with two sensors, commanded by a micro-computer which indicates the value of the load, calculates the variable elements of the matching network and verifies the quality of matching.

L'adaptation d'une impédance de charge à un générateur HF est effectuée par l'emploi d'un système automatique à capteurs amont/aval, piloté par un micro-ordinateur qui indique l'impédance de charge, calcule la valeur des éléments variables du quadripôle d'adaptation et vérifie la qualité de l'adaptation.
