The physical properties of cadmium telluride

Abstract
This paper reviews the structural, thermal, mechanical, optical, and electrical properties of CdTe and compares them with the physical properties of the other IIB-VIA compounds.


Résumé
Cet article passe en revue les propriétés structurales, thermiques, mécaniques, optiques et électriques du tellurure de cadmium. Celles-ci sont par ailleurs comparées aux propriétés physiques des autres composés IIB-VIA.
