Spectromètre γ pour l'étude de la réaction π- p --> π0π0n A 2 GeV/e

Abstract
In order to study π- p → neutrals at 2 GeV/c a large gap cylindrical spark chamber in a 19 kG magnetic field was used as a spectrometer for γ-rays. The triggering mode and the optical set-up are described as well as the physical properties of the experimental lay-out.
Résumé
Une chambre à étincelles cylindrique à grand intervalle a été utilisée dans un champ magnétique de 19 kG pour étudier les réactions π p → neutres. Le mode de déclenchement et le dispositif optique sont décrits. Quelques performances de l'appareillage sont également données.
